Grüße aus Deutschland

Guten Morgen!

The flight arrived in Munich about 45 minutes early – it was not the best sleep, but better than my last trip over where I couldn’t sleep a bit…   I took the S-Bahn (Schnell or Fast train) downtown, caught the bus and am at the hotel.  The hotel is an old “mansion” that has been converted into a hotel.  The room is clean, quiet, and I have a place to sleep tonight.

I’m off to wander around Munich for the day – as most museums are closed on Monday.  Tomorrow should  be interesting – I have to decide whether to go to Salzburg or stay in Munich: it’s Fasching, so I’m leaning toward Munich…

(If you don’t know what Fasching is – find out what tomorrow is in Galveston or New Orleans – just with a German flair…)

Tschüß!

Is your “water closet” in the hall or in your room?

The WC is in my room – I also have a shower (not photographed – decent sized). So far, this place is on the “Jim Approved Hotels” list.
